Using the Android app

Parents, students, and many staff use the ZSchool4u Android APK for day-to-day checks. The web portal remains the full ops surface (fee masters, Approvals, Account ledgers).

Install & open

  1. Install the APK your school provides (sideload or school link — follow your school’s instructions).
  2. Allow install from that source if Android asks.
  3. Open the app → you see the login screen.

Sign in

  1. Enter the email and password issued by the school (same identity as web for that user).
  2. Tap login. On success you land in role menus (no OTP in the standard flow).
  3. If login fails, ask school_admin / the office to reset — do not use someone else’s account.

Parent vs student (family)

Fees & receipts on the phone

  1. Open Fees / My Fees (label may vary).
  2. Check dues, wallet, and any promise / warning / suspend alerts.
  3. Pay at the school counter unless your school enables another pay option.
  4. View / download receipts after payment posts.

If fee discipline suspends login, contact the office — only leadership can clear it.

Announcements & updates

  • Read Announcements when the school posts them.
  • If the app offers an in-app update, install when the school asks so menus stay in sync.

Staff on APK

Teachers and leadership may see attendance, messages, and some fee shortcuts. Prefer web for Approvals, Income/Expense ledgers, and full Account Section — APK parity is limited.
