System requirements

What you need before staff and parents use ZSchool4u day to day.

Web portal

Android APK

  • A4 printer — fee receipts, notices, TC printouts.
  • 80mm thermal printer (optional) — counter receipts when configured under print docs.
  • Biometric devices — only if your school links attendance devices; otherwise use manual mark.

School data readiness

Before go-live, school_admin should have:

  1. School profile + logo (receipts / ID cards).
  2. Classes, sections, and fee structure.
  3. At least one Accountant user (do not share School Admin with the counter).
  4. Parent / student logins created at enroll time.
