Accountant — students & teachers

Accountant can create/read students and teachers (per seed permissions) from a compact sidebar — useful when a parent pays at admission time.

Students

Route: /portal/students

1. Open Students.
2. Enroll a new student when admission + first fee happen together:
   • Student → Class → Parent → Address → Create
     Detail pattern: School Admin — Students.
3. Open existing students to jump into fee collect.
4. You typically do not manage photos/roll bulk tools (those are school_admin student submenu items).

Teachers / employees

Routes: /portal/teachers, /portal/teachers/add

1. Open Teachers → Teacher List.
2. Add Teacher when front-office asks you to create a staff login for fee/admin handoff.
3. Prefer school_admin for roles like principal/accountant and for documents policy.
4. After create, confirm the person can log in with the right role.
